Job Openings:  Oracle Project Manager/Business Development

Responsibilities:

Provide qualified guidance in applications expertise to other consultants working within the organization.  Provide feedback in corporate direction.  Generate new business.  Expand existing business.  Assist in the development of customer relationships.  Provide Project Management when necessary.  Build company relationships with clients, vendors and partners.  Recruit new employees.  Motivate and increase the skills level of current and future employees.  Participate in industry organizations and meetings, both as an attendee and presenter.
Technical and Professional Skills Required: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.  Ability to read and write technical reports and manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and co-workers.  Experience in preparation of detailed relational database designs, participation in requirements definition, transformation of functional requirements into detailed designs, proficiency in one or more multi-user operating systems is a must.  Possess high level or Oracle technical and application skills and be acknowledges as an industry expert in at least one industry.  Possess in-depth knowledge of majority of current Oracle Tools.  Be capable of managing multiple projects and have prior project management experience.  Exceptional ability to communicate and interact with clients independently and work with highest levels of client management.  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

Functional and technical knowledge of ERP/CRM/E-Commerce applications.  Business development experience preferred.  Experience with direct customer contact and interaction.  Organization and time management skills.  Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and be rewarded for growth.

Preferred Degree/Major: B.A. or B.S., and M.S. or M.B.A. from four-year college or university.  A major in financial management, information systems, or business management with a computer software background is a must.
Years of Experience: Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
